The purpose of this assignment is to research a topic that you think is important for effective nonprofit management. The paper should describe several perspectives concerning the topic based on your own research with references to at least five sources(not including the textbook).

(b) several perspectives regarding the topic with support from journal articles, conference papers, technical reports, or other sources;
(c) your recommendations to executive directors or board members regarding the topic.
