On your projects, you utilize the define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) methodology and you have been asked to provide a summary of the methodology to your executive stakeholders. Research the Capella library and prepare a post that addresses the following:

    What are the advantages of using the DMAIC methodology?
    What is the difference between the DMAIC methodology and the traditional project management methodology?

Project Quality and Capella Accreditations
At Capella University, there are the following quality accreditations:
    Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
    Project Management Institute (PMI).
Research The two accreditations and conduct an analysis that includes:
    Description of the accreditation.
    Application of the accreditation to the quality discipline.
    Benefits and value of an accreditation to the institute.
    Benefits and value of an accreditation to the learner.

Part 3 (3 Pages)
As a project manager, in addition to satisfying project quality requirements, you also must abide by laws, standards, and business regulations. Depending on the project, the regulations and laws that need to be in compliance can be related to labor, technology, safety, and so on. If the project is large enough, the project manager could assure compliance by having several staff assigned to manage elements of the project. Sometimes, a quality manager is the central coordinator who ensures much of the corporate interests are protected and that each project incorporates the requisite mandates.
