Students will submit a draft of their proposed research paper on the leadership style/approach of a historical figure. It will include a cover page, introduction, a minimum of 5 headings, a summary, and scholarly references. The paper should be at least 10 pages in length, Times New Roman 12-pt font, double-spaced, 1 inch margins and utilizing outside scholarly or professional source related to organizational behavior. APA formatting and citation should be used.
