In an original post of 200 words to include at least one scholarly source (cited and referenced per APA), take the leadership quiz from the following link https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/leadership-style-quiz.htm and respond to the following questions:

Is your style autocratic, participative, or laissez-faire, and do you agree or disagree with the rating in this survey?
How would you describe your leadership style at home, in the workplace, and within your community?
Additionally, respond to two of your classmates’ original postings with at least 100 words each.
