After reading the Black Lives Matter Platform and viewing the documentary Ferguson: A Report From Occupied Territory, please post your response to both the reading and the documentary. Did you learn anything new about the Black Lives Matter movement or the struggle in Ferguson? Did anything surprise you from the reading or the film? Can you see any continuity between the Jim Crow aftermath of slavery and the tactics used by state agencies in Ferguson against Black residents?
