Compare and contrast the power of women in the culture that you choose with their power in the mainstream U.S. culture.B. Research how the legal system (of the culture that you have chosen) compares with the legal system of the U.S. in respect to unwanted sexual behavior, including verbal abuse, assault and rape. A. View the video on date rape found in the Course Modules. Do you know anyone who has been date raped? If so, how did they react afterwards? Why do you think many date rape victims will not go to the police or the hospital? What are some tips on preventing date rape discussed in the video? B. In addition to recommendations listed in the video, what are some things that women can do (individually or collectively) to reduce the number of female assaults?C.
