This discussion will get you started on the third step of your Signature Assignment, which is the Interview Follow-up Letter.

In a new post, create a follow-up letter to thank an interviewer. The letter should include the following criteria.

Include the following content.
Salutation: open with a greeting, such as, “Dear Dr. Anderson,” “Dean Jones,” or “Ms. Smith.”
Paragraph 1: Briefly thank the interviewer for the opportunity to interview.
Paragraph 2: Briefly convey your interest and why you would be a good fit for the position.
Paragraph 3: Briefly state that you look forward to hearing from the interviewer.
Closing
Use Letter format with the date, a salutation, a body, and a closing.
Use complete sentences with correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and so on.
You also need to comment on your classmates’ post, making sure to keep your comments and suggestions positive. Put yourself in the interviewer’s position and determine the type of perception the post creates.

Note: Keep in mind that the letter you create and on which you receive feedback from your classmates and instructor will be submitted in Week 6 as part of your Signature Assignment
